SMS-MT Example of Sending Unicode Text Messages

The following table describes the different elements of a SMS-MT request
| Tag Name | Description |
| UDH | For text message the value should be 0. |
| Coding | Extended type of messages. For Unicode text message the value should be 2 |
| Text | Message text must be in Hex of Unicode characters. Message text can be up 70 characters for Unicode messages. API allows user to send Message Text of more than 70 characters. |
